Deadlines:
15 June 20221 July 2022: Paper submission for workshops and special sessions (extended deadline)- 20 July 2022: Notification of acceptance
- 30 July 2022: Registration
- 5 September 2022: Revised papers for pre-proceedings
- 12-15 September 2022: Symposium
- 31 October 2022: Revised papers for post-proceedings
Proposals for satellite workshops are also invited. The satellite workshops should have topics related to SYNASC but the scientific program of each satellite workshop is managed by the workshop organizers. The papers for workshops should be submitted using the same submission system as for the main tracks and the papers accepted for publication will be included in the SYNASC volume published by Conference Publishing Services. Authors contributing to a workshop would be required to register for the symposium.
The proposals for workshops should contain
- Workshop name
- Aim of the workshop and topics (thus should be related to the general aim of SYNASC)
- Names, affiliation, and a short bio of the workshop chair(s)
- Proposal for the program committee
