Capacity building for HPC providers and SMEs

The main objective of the InnoHPC project is to create a transnational HPC laboratory for co-designing knowledge-intensive innovative products with high value-added in transnational value-chains. Key outputs are transnational InnoHPC Lab pooling regional HPC infrastructure and competencies, web platform providing HPC access, integrated services and capacity building tools, and sustainability toolkit, to support durability of InnoHPC Lab beyond the project.

The training contains both a theoretical and a practical component. During the first day the participants will have the opportunity to hear inspiring success stories. Moreover, what better way to understand the topic than hands-on session? We have requested the 2-day workshop solely for that purpose. During the second day the participants will enjoy the University of Timisoara tour including its HPC infrastructure. Furthermore, participant will individually run various computations with aim of understanding the wide HPC possibilities.
